Shipping & Returns

Note: Any orders received after 9am PST on a Wednesday will need to be shipped overnight if you need to get the product that same week. If not, the order will ship Monday of the next week, 2-day air.


To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your order is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.


Perishable products cannot be returned. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we cannot except any returns.  If package is received damaged or with contents missing, please EMAIL 4 photos of 1) the package (Outside) 2) the tracking or shipping label; 3) the internal packaging materials and 4) the
merchandise (if available). If your product is damaged, or mishandled by FedEx or UPS we will offer you a refund or re-send you a replacement.

Perishable Products

If you have received a defective product, we will replace that product to your satisfaction. To receive replacement product, please call us at 1-888-875-6629.

Specialty Gifts

Specialty gift items that are non-perishable may be returned for any reason, for a full refund (within 30 days of receipt of the item) provided the items are returned with the original packing materials.

Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Otherwise, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the specialty gift item, but the original and shipping cost will not be refunded. To return an item, please call us at 1-888-875-6629.

We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned gift item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within seven to fourteen days of our receiving your return.
